Credit Notes
Send Credit Note to Customer
- Click Sales menu located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
- Click Credit Notes option.
- Click on Credit Note number.
- Click
Send to Email button.
- Optionally, enter CC email, enter Custom Email Subject, and attach Invoice PDF document.
Click Send the Notification button.
