Add/Show/Hide Signature on Invoice PDFs
- Click SETUP located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
- Click SETTINGS option.
- Click PDF menu, and select Signature tab.
- Change Show PDF Signature on Invoice to:
– Yes to show Authorized Signature field/Signature Image
– No to hide Authorized Signature field/Signature Image
- This will generate a signature field on Invoice PDFs.
You can also upload your own signature image that will be visible on Invoice PDF documents.
