Set Up Electronic Signature on Quote

  1. Click SETUP, located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).

  2. Click SETTINGS option.

  3. Click E-Sign option, set Require digital signature for Quotes to Yes.
    Optionally, you can change Legal Bond Text that will be displayed to the Customer when accepting the quote.

    Now the Customer will need to e-sign Quotes when accepting them.
