Make Contact Active/Inactive
Note: Inactive Contact will not be show on Contact select dropdown across GI system (e.g when creating Appointments, Reminders etc.).
Any Email/Text message notification will not be sent if contact is marked as Inactive.
Contact will not be able to login to Customer Portal if is marked as Inactive.
- Click on ‘CUSTOMERS‘ option located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
You can also use a shortcut menu. Just click eye symbol under the Customers shortcut.

- Hover the cursor over the Customer, and click Contacts.

- Locate Contact in the table list.
To make Contact Inactive: flip the Active switch to off position (grey colour).

To make Contact Active: flip the Active switch to on position (green colour).
