Make Contact Active/Inactive

Note: Inactive Contact will not be show on Contact select dropdown across GI system (e.g when creating Appointments, Reminders etc.).
Any Email/Text message notification will not be sent if contact is marked as Inactive.
Contact will not be able to login to Customer Portal if is marked as Inactive.

  1. Click on ‘CUSTOMERS‘ option located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
    You can also use a shortcut menu. Just click    eye symbol under the Customers shortcut.

  2. Hover the cursor over the Customer, and click Contacts.

  3. Locate Contact in the table list.
    To make Contact Inactive: flip the Active switch to off position (grey colour).

    To make Contact Active: flip the Active switch to on position (green colour).
