1. Login and Navigate to Purchase Requests

  • Log in: Start by logging into the Garage Invoice system with your credentials.
  • Navigate to Purchase Requests:
    • From the main menu, locate the Purchase section.
    • Click on Purchase Requests to open the list of all purchase requests.

2. Locate and Select the Purchase Request to Edit

  • Find the Request: In the Purchase Requests list, search for the specific Purchase Request you want to edit. You can use filters or the search bar to narrow down the list.
  • Hover and Select:
    • Hover your cursor over the Purchase Request Number of the item you wish to edit.
    • A set of options will appear next to the request number.
    • Click on the Edit option to open the Purchase Request in editing mode.

3. Modify the Purchase Request Details

  • Update Fields: Once in the edit mode, you can update any necessary details, such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, or vendor information.
  • Check for Accuracy: Review all the changes to ensure they are accurate and complete.

4. Save the Changes

  • Save: After making the necessary edits, scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the Save button to apply the changes.
