Invoice Vehicles’ Tasks, Timesheets and Expenses
If you’re creating Vehicle Tasks, recording Timesheets and Expenses, once you finish work on the vehicle, you can Invoice it in one go.
- On the Vehicle Overview Screen, click Invoice Vehicle button.

- Select how Invoice items/lines should get created:
– task per item – task and all timesheets assigned will take 1 line on the invoice. Total logged time will be added as adescription.

– All timesheets individually – every timesheet recorded for a particular task will take 1 line on the invoice. Additional details like start/end time and logged time will be added as a description.

- Click ‘See tasks that will be billed on this invoice’ to open a list of Tasks.
By default, all completed billable tasks will be checked and added to the invoice.
You can check/uncheck the tasks as required. Only checked tasks will be included on the invoice.

- Click ‘See expenses that will be billed on this invoice’ to open a list of all Expenses.
By default, all expenses that were not invoiced will be checked and added to the invoice.
You can check/uncheck the expenses as required. Only checked expenses will be included on the invoice.
Optionally, you can include additional information like expense note and name as an invoice item/line description.

- Click Invoice Vehicle button.
- Ensure that all invoice details are correct, and click:
– Save to save a new invoice
– Save & Send – to save a new invoice and send it to Customer
– Save as Draft – to save new invoice with Draft status
