New Appointment – Vehicle Overview Screen

New Appointment – Existing Customer
- Click Appointments menu located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
- Select Appointments sub-menu, and click New Appointment button.
- Select Appointment Date & Time and appointment type.
From Customer dropdown, select Existing Customer, select Contact and Vehicle from the list.
You can assign appointment to Staff Member(s), choose notification reminder type (email and/or text message), adjust automated notification reminder time (e.g. 30 minutes before), and optionally provide a note visible only to Staff Members.
Click Save button.

New Appointment – External Customer
- Click Appointments menu located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
- Select Appointments sub-menu, and click New Appointment button.
- Select Appointment Date & Time and appointment type.
From Customer dropdown, select External option.
Enter Customer’s Name, Reg Plate, Vehicle Make & Model. Enter customer’s email address and telephone number.
You can assign appointment to Staff Member(s), choose notification reminder type (email and/or text message), adjust automated notification reminder time (e.g. 30 minutes before), and optionally provide a note visible only to Staff Members.
Click Save button.
