Create Discussion
- On the Vehicle Overview Screen click Discussion.
- Click Create Discussion button.
- Enter the Subject, check/uncheck Visible to Customer, and click Save button.
- Click on the discussion title/subject.
- Add comment, optionally attach file, and click Send button.
Customer will receive a notification email with the link to the discussion, where they can reply.
