Send Customer Statement to Customer

Note: You can only send Statements to Customers with active Contacts.
If you need to create a Contact, please see this guide: Add New Contact

  1. Click on ‘CUSTOMERS‘ option located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
    You can also use a shortcut menu. Just click    eye symbol under the Customers shortcut.

  2. Click on Customer/Company Name.

  3. Click Statement option.

  4. Use time dropdown to set Statement period.
    You can use a preset period (this month, last month etc.), or use option Period to set a custom one. Just provide ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates.
    Click the envelope symbol to send the Statement to the Customer.

  5. Select Contact from ‘Email to’ dropdown, optionally fill in ‘CC’ field and ‘Custom Email Subject’.
    Click ‘Send The Notification’ button, to send the Statement.
