Send Customer Statement to Customer
Note: You can only send Statements to Customers with active Contacts.
If you need to create a Contact, please see this guide: Add New Contact
- Click on ‘CUSTOMERS‘ option located on the sidebar menu (left-hand side of the screen).
You can also use a shortcut menu. Just click eye symbol under the Customers shortcut.

- Click on Customer/Company Name.

- Click Statement option.

- Use time dropdown to set Statement period.
You can use a preset period (this month, last month etc.), or use option Period to set a custom one. Just provide ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates.
Click the envelope symbol to send the Statement to the Customer.

- Select Contact from ‘Email to’ dropdown, optionally fill in ‘CC’ field and ‘Custom Email Subject’.
Click ‘Send The Notification’ button, to send the Statement.
