  • (new) Calendar popover controls: choose whether popovers are interactive (you can click links, copy values or attach documents) or non-interactive (they close as soon as the mouse leaves the event). Set a default placement (left, right, above, or below), and choose which data blocks appear for each popover type (times, services, documents, customer, vehicle).<br/>
    New options are available in Setup -> Settings -> Calendar -> Hover Previews

  • (new) Recovery system: automatically restores your GI app if anything goes wrong during an automatic update (creates a restore point before updating and rolls back if validation fails).
  • (fixed) Job Card popover on the calendar sometimes showed stray characters between lines; the output has been cleaned up.
  • (fixed) Discount code field on the customer invoice preview now shows only when at least one discount code exists in the system, avoiding an empty control.
  • (fixed) Saving an invoice in Draft status incorrectly changed it to Unpaid; it now remains Draft after saving.
  • (fixed) Custom Email/SMS dropdown would not allow selecting multiple customers after running a search; multi-select now works as expected.
  • (fixed) Mileage was not always visible on invoice PDFs; it now renders reliably.
  • (fixed) Mileage column on the Vehicle Overview screen did not always display mileage for documents; it now shows consistently.
  • (fixed) Vehicle info layout and labelling improved on invoice PDFs for better readability.
  • (fixed) Legacy appointment booking form URL now redirects to the new form.
  • (fixed) Admin Notes restored on the Vehicle Overview screen.
  • (fixed) Appointments view previously showed the primary contact instead of the contact assigned to the appointment; it now shows the correct contact.
  • (fixed) Duplicate-prevention rules were too strict and blocked adding a similar appointment for the same customer, date, and time when the vehicle was different; the rules have been relaxed to allow this.
  • (fixed) Popovers did not refresh immediately when a second document was attached to an event, appointment, or job card; they now update instantly.
  • (fixed) SMS trigger for quote/estimate expiry notifications was unreliable; this has been corrected.
