I cannot log into webmail

If you cannot log into webmail, be sure of the following:

• You should log into webmail using webmail.example.com (be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name).
  Please see this guide: How to log in to my email.
• When prompted for a username and password, please use your full email address, all lowercase, as the username (and the corresponding email account’s password as the password).
